What CAMRA say about this pub http://pubs.cambridge-camra.org.uk/
Capacious and welcoming community local. The wooden-beamed ceilings and stained-glass windows are all that survive from the Thirties original but the open-plan layout cleverly offers lots of nooks and crannies. The guest beers come from Greene King's own list. Good honest pub grub. Pool table. Live music Friday and Saturday night.
